You may not qualify for use of Imitrex  (Japanese : スミナット ) in case you are allergic to Sumatriptan. This medication can result in serious side effects on the heart, including heart attack or stroke. Although these side effects are exceptional, do not take this medication on condition that you have a history of heart disease, angina (chest pain), blood circulation problems, ischemic intestine disease, serious or irrepressible high blood pressure, or history of a heart attack or stroke.  

Before using Imitrex, acquaint with your doctor if you are also taking an antidepressant such as citalopram (Celexa), duloxetine (Cymbalta), escitalopram (Lexapro), fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem), fluvoxamine (Luvox), paroxetine (Paxil), sertraline (Zoloft), or venlafaxine (Effexor). 

After taking an generic Imitrex tablet, wait two (2) hours before taking another tablet. Above 200 mg of Sumatriptan tablets in 24 hours is forbidden to use in patients. If you are using the nasal spray also, take a second spray after two 2 hours of using the first spray. The maximum dose should not exceed 40 mg of Imitrex nasal spray in 24 hours.
